1099 Contract Job Description We are looking for a skilled Painter to assist with a multi-building construction project in New Ulm, TX and surrounding area. This role will involve prepping, priming, and painting interior and exterior surfaces to a high standard. You'll be working with a small team across several buildings on site. Ideal candidates take pride in clean, professional finishes and efficient job site workflow.

Responsibilities:

Prep surfaces (sanding, patching, caulking) prior to painting Apply primer and paint to interior and exterior walls, trim, doors, and ceilings Mix and match paint colors/finishes as needed Tape and mask off areas to protect surfaces not being painted Apply multiple coats as needed for even coverage Clean and maintain brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other equipment Maintain a clean and safe work area Qualifications Previous painting experience preferred Ability to achieve smooth, even, professional-grade finishes Familiarity with painting tools and equipment (must have own hand tools) Experience with both brush/roller and sprayer application Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Preferred Skills:
