We partner with businesses and jobseekers to place qualified individuals efficiently. Currently, we are looking for Brush and Roll Painters in San Antonio, TX.

Description :

Thoroughly clean and prepare surfaces before applying coatings. Apply various coatings using brushes, rollers, sprayers, or other application tools. Mix paints and coatings to achieve desired color, texture, and viscosity that meet industry standards and regulations for marine application. Inspect surfaces for proper preparation before applying coatings. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of work, including coatings used, surface preparation methods, and any relevant observations or recommendations for future maintenance.

Requirements:

Painting experience required. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Candidates must be available to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as required. Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment and working in various positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
