Job Description
Join our team specializing in industrial-strength concrete coatings for various surfaces including garages, driveways, pools, patios, and metal buildings. At our company, we prioritize meticulous attention to detail, top-quality products, lifetime warranties, and unparalleled customer service. Our commitment to excellence extends to our employees, ensuring they deliver world-class installations and long-lasting results, backed by lifetime warranties. As an Entry Level Installer, you'll be entrusted with the vital task of coating floors and surfaces. While much of our work centers on garage floors, we also beautify surfaces like patios, porches, and pool decks.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a range of construction equipment including large grinders, hand grinders, shop vacs, and floor polishers.
- Mix, match, and apply coating systems and finishes to various floor surfaces.
- Execute planning and prep work efficiently.
- Estimate material quantities and project durations accurately.
- Maintain open communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Travel to various job sites.
- Prepare sites and apply tape as needed.
- Keep company truck and trailer clean and organized.
- Conduct customer site cleanup.
- Present a positive image while representing WeCoat Concrete Floor Coatings, including wearing company apparel.
Key Requirements:
- Solid understanding of general construction principles.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and insurance.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to work in diverse indoor and outdoor environments, enduring various weather conditions. Standing and kneeling for extended time periods
- Capability to engage in physical labor for extended periods, including lifting objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
Job Types:
