This is a hands-on leadership role with strong potential for growth. Responsibilities Supervise 2-6 painters on active job sites Coordinate daily setup, prep, painting, and cleanup Read and follow scope sheets and coating specs Track material usage and jobsite progress Ensure safety and jobsite efficiency Communicate effectively with owner, GCs, and bilingual crew members Perform walkthroughs, punch work, and final details as needed Qualifications 5+ years of professional painting experience 2+ years leading a crew or foreman-level experience Bilingual

• Spanish and English (preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Familiarity with Sherwin-Williams systems (ProMar, DTM, A-100, etc.
