As a vital part of our crew, you will execute high-quality paint applications, handle various surface preparations, and contribute to stunning transformations on diverse projects. All positions are paid, ensuring your skills are recognized and rewarded from day one. Duties Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Execute precise painting techniques using hand tools, power tools, airless spray equipment, and other industry-standard methods across residential, commercial, industrial, and restoration projects. Qualifications Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, construction painting or related fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, welding equipment, and other relevant machinery. Familiarity with surface preparation techniques such as plastering, caulking, sanding. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations; good understanding of safety standards on construction sites. Additional project leadership, estimating, skills a plus.
