Do you find satisfaction when completing a project? Are you motivated by making people around you better? Tech Painting Company is seeking a full-time assistant supervisor for stable year-round work. We are looking for people who work hard, have a positive attitude, and are eager to learn. You must also be a team player, follow directions well, and be reliable. Our assistant supervisors are responsible to assist in running crews of between 2 - 5 painters per crew. Qualified candidates will have a passion for the painting trade with more than 3 years of experience in residential and commercial painting. They must be able to teach skills as needed; must know OSHA requirements; EPA Lead Renovator training helpful, but we will provide training if needed. Must be fluent in English; Spanish helpful. Must have experience with customer service. Must be legal to work in the United States, and have a clean background and driving record.
