Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality painting and building maintenance services in an industrial environment. This role requires flexibility, a focus on safety, and an exceptional attention to detail. The hours will be Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, must be able to obtain a DOE security clearance. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by scraping, patching, sanding, and cleaning to ensure smooth, high-quality finishes. Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using paintbrushes, rollers, or sprayers. Move furniture, hang pictures and wall decorations, repair sheetrock, among other light maintenance tasks as required. Work in compliance with safety and quality standards and ensure a safe work environment. Review and implement work orders and ensure all work complies with customer specifications.

Qualifications:

Prior painting and maintenance experience is desired. Must hold a valid VA driver's license. Detail oriented with a quality and safety mindset. Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and at heights when necessary. Must be a U.S. citizen (non-dual citizen) and able to obtain a DOE security clearance.
