Pay Range$47.00-$57.00 Per Hr Description This is an onsite, full-time contract position located at our headquarters. The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial and institutional painting. The candidate will be responsible for advanced painting tasks, surface preparation, and ensuring the highest quality finishes using industry-standard techniques. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced interior and exterior painting tasks. Prepare surfaces to ensure high-quality finishes. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Train and guide junior painters. Coordinate material requirements and project schedules. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 10 years of commercial, industrial, or institutional painting experience. Extensive knowledge of surface preparation, coatings, primers, stains, and finishes. Experience with drywall repair, patching, caulking, and wall preparation. Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and industry best practices.
