If you take pride in clean finishes, proper prep work, and working as part of a solid crew, this is your lane. What You'll Do Prepare surfaces by sandblasting, grinding, and cleaning Apply coatings, primers, and paints using brush, roller, or spray systems Ensure proper coating thickness and finish quality Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and ventilation protocols Work on ships, barges, and industrial marine structures Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Marine Painter or Industrial Painter (shipyard experience preferred) Knowledge of surface prep and coating applications Ability to work in physically demanding environments (heights, confined spaces, varying weather) Familiarity with safety standards and PPE requirements Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why This Role Stands Out Overtime =
