Commercial Turnover Painter Apartment Turnkey LLC Norfolk, VA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $21 - $30 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Construction painting Renovation painting Construction painting surface preparation Hand tools Spray guns (painting, coating and spraying tool) Caulking Full Job Description Apartment Turnkey has an immediate opening for a skilled commercial interior turnover painter to partner with our lead field painter. Steady, year-round unit repaints and punch touch-ups across local apartment properties and contracted facilities.
Key Duties:
Rapid interior painting (brush, roll, and airless spray) for walls, trim, and doors. Fast-setting drywall mudding and patching (nail pops, anchors, stress cracks, door dings). Masking, caulking baseboards/trim, and clean job site maintenance.
Requirements:
Military Base Pass Eligibility:
Clean record and valid ID required to obtain a commercial access pass for regional installations. 2+ years of professional painting experience (apartment turn experience preferred). Skilled with airless spray rigs and quick-set drywall patching. Own hand tools, brushes, and reliable work truck/vehicle.
