Job Description

You Have It Maid is expanding our team and seeking a dependable and experienced Painter who can also perform drywall repair. This is a subcontracting opportunity for professionals who value quality, integrity, and take pride in their craft.
Responsibilities:
Perform interior painting and touch-ups Complete drywall repairs including patching, mudding, sanding, and finishing Prep surfaces for painting (e.g., caulking, priming, taping) Maintain a clean and safe job site Communicate effectively with the owner regarding progress and needs
Requirements:
Proven experience in painting and drywall repair Must have own tools, supplies, and reliable transportation Must carry general liability insurance (or be willing to obtain) Ability to work independently and complete jobs on time Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in residential environments Able to take before and after photos of work
Payment Terms:
This is a subcontractor position with payment terms of NET 30 to NET 45 depending on client payment cycles and project type.
