Position Summary:
The Maintenance Painter is responsible for surface preparation, painting, and finishing works to maintain the appearance, protection, and standards of facilities. Responsibilities O Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing defects. O Apply paints, coatings, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces. O Perform routine touch-ups and corrective painting works. O Follow technical instructions, safety standards, and work orders. O Maintain tools, materials, and clean work areas.
Education / Certifications
Experience in maintenance or commercial painting. Knowledge of surface preparation and coating systems. Attention to detail and safety awareness. Qualifications and Requirements Must have 1 year of experience or as required per task order. Minimum 12 months in Germany Driving license

Der/Die Instandhaltungsmaler/in ist verantwortlich fur die Oberflachenvorbereitung, das Streichen und die Endbearbeitung, um das Erscheinungsbild, den Schutz und die Einhaltung der Standards der Anlagen zu gewahrleisten. Aufgaben O Oberflachen durch Reinigen, Schleifen und Ausbessern von Mangeln vorbereiten. O Farben, Beschichtungen und Lacke auf Innen- und Auenflachen auftragen. O Regelmaige Ausbesserungs- und Korrekturarbeiten durchfuhren. O Technische Anweisungen, Sicherheitsstandards und Arbeitsauftrage befolgen. O Werkzeuge und Materialien instand halten und Arbeitsbereiche sauber halten. Ausbildung/Zertifizierungen Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung oder im gewerblichen Malerhandwerk. Kenntnisse in Oberflachenvorbereitung und Beschichtungssystemen. Sorgfaltiges und sicherheitsbewusstes Arbeiten. Qualifikationen und Anforderungen Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung oder gema Arbeitsauftrag. Mindestens 12 Monate Aufenthalt in Deutschland. Fuhrerschein Klasse B.
