Lead Painter/Stainer

Our company is looking for a staining lead to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience in fence/deck staining. Supervisory experience is preferred. You must have excellent physical stamina for working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Job Responsibilities:

Fence and deck staining Preparation work and cleanup Meeting with Customer before start of the project Meeting with Customer after completion of the project

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED certificate preferred Prior painting/staining experience required Valid driver's license required with clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to perform physical labor and work on your feet Strong work ethic and attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow with the company Must be flexible with hours (schedule will vary depending on weather and project needs)
