• Richmond & Central Virginia Traditions Painting is hiring an Entry Level Painter/Helper to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone with a

attitude, STRONG work ethic, and willingness to learn. Experience is helpful, but not required for the right person.

• Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $17-18 per hour 2 weeks paid vacation earned annually 6 paid holidays Opportunity to grow within the company and advance Responsibilities Brushing and rolling Prep work Sanding and scraping Cleaning and jobsite organization Assisting lead painters Learning proper painting techniques and safety procedures Requirements Positive attitude and dependable Strong work ethic Reliability is a MUST Must show up on time and consistently every day Respectful and professional on jobsites Ability to stay focused and follow directions Eye for detail and quality workmanship Must be able to pass a background check Reliable transportation Work requires travel between jobsites throughout Central Virginia About Us Traditions Painting specializes in residential and commercial painting throughout Central Virginia, with a strong focus on senior living communities and professional property services.
