Job Type:

1099 Contract / Subcontract Painting Subcontractors Needed Whitman Development Group is seeking experienced painting subcontractors and painting crews to assist with residential, multifamily, condominium, and commercial projects throughout Hampton Roads. We are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in their workmanship and are committed to delivering quality results on every project. Work Includes Interior and exterior painting HOA and condominium repaint projects Residential repaints Commercial painting Drywall repairs and touch-up work (preferred but not required) Surface preparation, sanding, caulking, masking, and cleanup Brush, roll, and spray applications Requirements Previous residential and/or commercial painting experience Valid business license (preferred) General liability insurance (required) Reliable transportation Own tools and equipment Ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship Professional communication and dependable scheduling What We Offer Consistent project opportunities Prompt payment Competitive contract rates Long-term relationship with an established Class A contractor Supportive project management team If you are an experienced painting contractor looking for steady work, we'd like to hear from you.
