Job Description

PTLA in Eugene is looking for a Painter Make/Ready worker to drive excellence in the presentation and curb appeal of the community and preservation of the asset. Submit your resume today! This position is temporary full-time seasonal with employment expected to be from June through September.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare apartments for occupancy by completing maintenance, painting, etc. Maintains cleanliness of the grounds and surrounding areas of the community Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents and vendors

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in maintenance/painting preferred Sufficient verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Ability to work well independently and in teams Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
