Join Davis Painting as a Lead Painter where your expertise will be crucial in executing exterior/interior painting projects. As a Lead Painter, you will play a key role in completing painting projects with precision and skill.

Responsibilities:

• Lead painting projects by coordinating with team members and overseeing the application of paint, stain, and finishes on various surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces meticulously through masking, scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks to ensure a smooth finish.
• Operate an airless sprayer
• Maintain a high standard of quality

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lead Painter or another role in the trades
• Proficiency in commercial painting techniques including caulking and restoration work.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
