Job Description

Position Details:
Work includes interior and exterior painting for rental units, homes, and light commercial spaces Jobs will be assigned on a per-project basis (not hourly) Flexible schedule depending on project needs
Pay:
Paid per job, based on scope and complexity Typical rates (based on current market averages): Interior rooms: $150
  • $400 per room Full interior units: $1,500
  • $4,000+ depending on size Exterior projects: $2,000
  • $3,000+ depending on property size and prep work Final pay will be agreed upon before each project
Responsibilities:
Surface preparation (patching, sanding, priming) Clean, professional paint application Protect flooring, fixtures, and surrounding areas Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Prior painting experience (residential and/or commercial preferred) Must provide your own basic tools and transportation Ability to complete work
