• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and construction, with the ability to work on various projects, including commercial and residential properties. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members on construction sites. Duties Perform commercial painting tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes on surfaces. Install fixtures as needed, adhering to safety and quality standards. Execute concrete finishing tasks, contributing to the overall aesthetics and durability of projects. Utilize airless paint spraying techniques for efficient application of paint. Participate in construction site activities, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members on project planning. Apply basic math skills for accurate measurements and material calculations. Able to lift and carry up to 50 LBS. Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must pass back ground check. Active Drivers License and reliable transportation to and from shop location. Experience in commercial painting and/or construction labor. Basic math skills essential for measurements and calculations. Ability to operate airless paint spraying equipment effectively. Experience in frame carpentry is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of construction site protocols and safety regulations. Strong work ethic with a focus on delivering quality results. Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment. We have two shop locations, one in Tumwater and one in Shelton. We are hiring for each location.
