Altoona, WI Job Overview We are currently seeking experienced Painters, Caulkers, and Drywall Finishers to join our growing team in Altoona, WI. This is a full-time opportunity for skilled professionals who take pride in delivering quality workmanship on residential and commercial projects. Relocation to Altoona is required, and a per diem may be provided for approved out-of-area assignments. Key Responsibilities Perform painting, caulking, and drywall finishing on a variety of interior and exterior projects Operate tools and equipment safely, including paint sprayers and scissor lifts (experience preferred) Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Communicate professionally with team members and clients Deliver consistent, high-quality results that meet company standards Qualifications Proven experience in painting, caulking, or drywall finishing Familiarity with job site safety practices and industry-standard tools Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic Ability to use measuring tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to relocate to Altoona, WI (required)

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:
