Duties Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and repairing imperfections to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Select appropriate paints, coatings, and finishes based on project specifications and color theory principles. Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Execute residential painting tasks including trim, fixture removal/installation, restoration work, and remodeling projects with attention to detail. Perform commercial and industrial painting tasks involving large-scale surface coverage using advanced techniques like airless spraying and industrial coatings. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols related to ladders, power tools, and hazardous materials. Requirements No experience needed Reliable transportation 18+
