Prosper Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented Turnover Cleaner & Painter to join our team in Eau Claire. This position is primarily focused on detailed turnover cleaning and maintaining common areas, paired with interior painting and touch-ups to prepare rental units for new tenants.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform thorough, deep cleaning of vacant residential units and common areas, including detailed cleaning of walls, floors, appliances, fixtures, and hard surfaces. Prepare wall surfaces (sanding, caulking, patching minor drywall holes) and perform interior painting on walls, ceilings, and trim using brushes and rollers for a clean, professional finish. Assist with basic turnover tasks, including light hardware touch-ups and fixture prep. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by properly using, cleaning, and storing all tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies.

Requirements:

Prior experience in residential turnover cleaning, interior painting, or property maintenance. Proficiency with standard cleaning equipment, hand tools, paintbrushes, rollers, and surface prep materials. High attention to detail, especially regarding deep cleaning standards and sharp paint lines. Reliable transportation and a strong, dependable work ethic. Ability to work efficiently to meet scheduled tenant move-in deadlines. Part-Time / As-Needed (Up to 20 hours/week) — Potential to transition into a Full-Time role as needs grow.

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
