Offered! Job Description We are seeking skilled painters to join our team, specializing in painting functions for industrial and commercial clients. Our projects span both new construction and existing buildings, focusing primarily on interior walls but also encompassing exterior painting. All work will be conducted within a 40-mile radius of Milwaukee, using brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply various paint coatings. Responsibilities Perform painting functions for industrial and commercial projects. Specialize in both new construction and existing building projects. Apply paint coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray guns. Learn and perform airless spraying, brush and rolling, and cutting in without tape. Utilize HPLV Airless Sprayers on large industrial projects. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years of painting experience. At least 1 year of commercial painting experience. Experience with job site preparation and cleanup. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with multi-family buildings and office buildings. Foreman experience is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment Contractors will report to various job sites within a team environment, with team size varying by project. Dress code includes jeans, t-shirts, or painter whites. Core hours are day shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm (or later), with some Saturdays as needed. Contractors are held to deadlines to ensure timely project completion. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $26.00/hr.
