Competitive hourly pay + benefits Position Overview A growing property management and real estate organization is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Corporate Painter to support residential and commercial properties throughout the portfolio. This role is responsible for painting apartment turnovers, common areas, and interior/exterior building surfaces while helping maintain a clean, professional appearance across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working independently as well as alongside maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, patching, sealing, priming, and minor drywall repair. Paint and finish apartment units, common areas, offices, and exterior building surfaces. Complete apartment turnover painting projects within designated timelines. Assist with texturing, spraying, and basic surface restoration work as needed. Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools in a safe and professional manner. Support light maintenance or general labor tasks when needed. Help maintain clean and organized work areas across assigned properties. Follow OSHA standards and company safety procedures at all times. Attend team meetings, trainings, and safety sessions as requested. Communicate effectively with maintenance staff, property teams, and leadership regarding project timelines and supply needs. Qualifications 1+ years of painting, maintenance, or related trade experience preferred. Experience with apartment turnovers, residential painting, or commercial painting is highly desirable. Lead certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with team members and residents. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and transport materials, tools, and equipment regularly. Comfortable standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, and working in tight spaces or at heights. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Capable of performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. Additional Information Local travel between properties is required. Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed based on operational demands.
