Job Description
ADM Contractors LLC is a residential and commercial remodeling and construction company serving the Milwaukee area. We are looking for an experienced painter who can handle staining, wood finishing, drywall repair, and texture matching with a high level of craftsmanship. Responsibilities Apply stain and clear coat to woodwork, trim, doors, cabinets, and other surfaces Spray, roll, and cut in paint and finishes cleanly and consistently Repair drywall, including patching, taping, mudding, and matching existing textures Prepare surfaces: sanding, filling, priming, and protecting adjacent areas Maintain a clean, organized job site and protect finished work Work independently and as part of a small crew on residential and commercial projects Requirements Proven experience staining and finishing wood (not just painting walls) Strong drywall repair and texture-matching skills High attention to detail and pride in finished work Self-motivated self-starter who can work with limited supervision Comfortable spraying, rolling, and cutting in Reliable transportation and ability to work throughout the Milwaukee metro area Physical ability to work on ladders, lift materials, and stand for extended periods Preferred Experience on remodeling and construction sites Ability to match existing finishes and textures on older or mixed-surface jobs To apply, send a brief work history and a few photos of recent staining, finishing, or texture work to [your email / phone].
