We take pride in delivering high-quality work and are looking to add reliable, hardworking team members to our crew. No prior experience is required, we're happy to train the right candidate. What You'll Do As part of our team, you'll assist with a variety of residential projects, including: Interior and exterior painting of homes Working on ladders ranging from 4' to 40' Drywall repair, taping, and finishing Surface preparation such as scraping, sanding, and priming Occasional handyman and wallpaper-related tasks Work Schedule Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00/4:30 PM Start times may vary depending on the season and project needs Occasional extended hours to complete projects as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Self-motivated with a good work ethic Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working at heights on ladders Requirements Reliable transportation to travel between job sites throughout the day Ability to work at various locations across the service area (Oak Creek to Port Washington and west to Oconomowoc) Smartphone required for time tracking and communication Why Join KAL Group?
