In this role you will be responsible for transforming residential, commercial, and institutional environments with precision and artistry. Your expertise will ensure surfaces are beautifully finished, protected, and restored to their optimal condition. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from renovation and remodeling to maintenance and restoration, utilizing your skills in various painting techniques and surface preparation. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply paints, stains, sealants, and coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Perform specialized painting tasks including stucco application, plastering, and caulking.
