Residential Painter

Job Summary Looking for people to hire for exterior residential house painting starting next month. The job is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Thursday. Pay is $18-$21/hr based on performance and experience. I am looking for highly motivated and hardworking individuals to be part of a production team. The job will be a full-time summer position with a chance to promote from within management positions. Expect to be in a fast paced, fun, outdoors working environment. Jobs are in Oconomowoc and the surrounding areas. Reliable transportation on jobsites is mandatory. Any painting experience is not necessary. On-site job training is provided. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and patching to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Qualifications 18+ years of age Be able to work full time, 10-hour days, 4 days a week Good communication skillls Be reliable and show up Be willing to work Must be physically fit to perform manual labor tasks Reliable transportation to job sites Benefits On-the-job training

Tools Provided Bonuses Availible Pay:
