Boiler Service & Install Technician

Summary We are seeking a skilled Boiler Service and Install Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and installing a variety of boiler systems (hydronic, radiant, high-efficiency, and standard). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and capable of working independently in both residential and light commercial settings. Responsibilities Service and repair hydronic heating systems, including high-efficiency boilers, radiant systems, pumps, and zone controls Perform boiler system installations, including piping, venting, and start-up Diagnose and troubleshoot boiler system issues quickly and accurately Conduct system testing and safety inspections Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers Follow company and manufacturer safety protocols Work collaboratively with dispatch, parts, and install teams Requirements Proven experience as a Boiler Technician with 5+ years of experience. Strong knowledge of hydronic and radiant heating systems. Ability to read schematics and technical documentation accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
