Pipefitter - CWI Stark Tech - 3.1 Orlando, FL Job Details Temporary | Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications Customer relationship building Calibration Equipment troubleshooting Client relationship development Electrical system testing Driver's License Ethernet IP networking Low voltage Productivity software Equipment testing Commissioning phase involvement Sensors Full Job Description Job Requirements The ideal candidate will promptly handle service calls, conduct semi-complex maintenance tests, and analyze existing BAS systems. Advise service coordinator, technicians, and external providers on issue resolutions. Interpret mechanical drawings. Configure, calibrate, and test sensors, actuators, and field devices. Load, test, and confirm communication among BAS controllers. Perform system check-out, commissioning, and document results. Assist lead technician during owner training. Cultivate strong customer relationships to enhance business prospects. Work Experience One (1) year of experience with Building Automation Controls Systems, especially Schneider Electric, SmartStruxure, I/A, Andover Continuum, and/or Tridium Niagara
R2/AX/N4.
One (1) year experience with Building Automation Systems and Protocols, including LON, BACnet, ModBus, and Metasys Basic Ethernet networking including setting up of IP addresses and network communication MS Office Suite experience Strong computer skills Knowledge of Building Automation Control systems with troubleshooting experience Basic low voltage electrical testing skills Must be authorized to work in US Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver's License Additional skills preferred but not required Associated degree or 1-2 years of Vocational Technical Training Benefits Advance your career with Stark Tech, a leader in facilities and energy solutions.
