Driver's License Non-CDL Class C Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Pipelayer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining various types of piping systems, ensuring that they are laid out correctly and meet all safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices and the ability to work collaboratively on construction sites. Duties Dig trenches for piping installation using hand tools or heavy equipment. Plumb pipes to ensure proper alignment and slope. Weld pipes as necessary to create secure connections. Finish concrete around pipe installations for durability and stability. Operate backhoes and forklifts safely and efficiently on the job site. Form concrete as needed to support piping systems. Read blueprints to understand project specifications and layout requirements. Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Candidates should possess experience in the following areas: Heavy equipment operation, including backhoes and forklifts. Concrete finishing and forming techniques. Blueprint reading to accurately interpret project plans. Previous experience in a construction site environment is preferred.
