Join a Crew That Builds Critical Infrastructure Black Ark Builders is hiring experienced underground utility installers to support water, sewer, storm, and wastewater projects throughout the Meridian / Boise area. We're looking for dependable people who understand that successful projects come from preparation, teamwork, communication, and effectively execute on tasks. What You'll Be Doing Install underground water, sewer, and storm utilities Assist with mass excavation, bedding, backfill, and grading Work around excavators, trench boxes, and shoring systems Support safe, efficient production on active jobsites Read, establish, and follow layout, grades, and direction from coordination with field leadership Preferred Experience Ductile iron and PVC Pressurized Utilities, Restrained Fittings, Underground utility installation PVC, HDPE, DI, or RCP pipe Wastewater facilities or lift stations Deep excavation Dewatering Slide rail, trench boxes, or hydraulic shoring Concrete Encasement and Duct Banks What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Team player with good communication skills Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Safety-focused mindset Willingness to learn and continuously improve Position Details Competitive pay based on experience Steady, long-term heavy civil work We're looking for professionals who care about the quality of their work and want to be part of a crew that holds itself to a high standard.
