Job Description

Mountain West Excavation looking to hire a grade hand to work on one of our grade crews. The right candidate is someone that shows up on time every day, has a good attitude and good work ethic. A position as a grade hand is not the destination, it is the doorway to a better job. Being a grade hand is where you learn the fundamentals and gain the experience necessary to become a candidate for an operator position. Shoveling Raking Checking grade Sewer, storm drain and water pipe install Grouting manholes Greasing equipment Pre-employment drug testing is required. We are a drug free company, all employees are expected to remain drug free while working at Mountain West.
