We're not looking to hire the most people - we're looking to hire the right people. If you take pride in your workmanship, work well with a crew, and want to build challenging infrastructure projects, we'd like to hear from you. Our projects include underground water, sewer, storm, and wastewater systems, along with deep excavations, shoring, and heavy civil construction. What You'll Do Install underground utility systems including water, sewer, and storm Assist with trench preparation, bedding, pipe installation, and backfill Work around excavation equipment and active utility crews Maintain quality, production, and jobsite safety Support successful completion of complex infrastructure projects Preferred Experience Underground utility installation PVC, HDPE, Ductile Iron (DI), or RCP pipe Wastewater facilities or lift stations Deep excavation Trench boxes, slide rail, or hydraulic shoring Dewatering systems What We're Looking For Strong pipe installation experience High-quality workmanship Dependable and accountable Good communication and teamwork Willingness to continue learning and improving Safety-focused mindset Position Details Competitive pay based on experience and capability We invest in skilled people who care about doing the job right.
