Join our HTS family today! Thermal Spray Technician Read prints and follow work order travelers. Execute the job in the time allowed on the traveler- or provide feedback on the issues. Perform quantity check on orders leaving the department to ensure that all orders meet specifications. Light preventative maintenance on the machines that they use. Maintain a clean, orderly work area

Learn the thermal spray systems:
HVOF, ARC, HVAF, Flame, & Plasma. Understand grit blast. Be able to program a robot for spray. Communicate with and provide input to supervisor, regarding production needs, new projects, and design changes. Continuous Improvement is highly encouraged. Be involved in the daily morning meetings- offer suggestions and participate. Become a sounding board for sales on times to complete projects. Must report to work on time. Be willing to help wherever necessary. Always be professional
