Full Job Description Job Description:
Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Massachusetts Licensed Fire Sprinkler Journeyman with 1-5 years of experience in overseeing and executing various projects, including new installations, renovations, and retrofits. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, hold a valid driver's license, and have additional certifications such as CPVC certification and OSHA 10.
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute fire sprinkler installation, renovation, and retrofit projects. Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Collaborate with team members to coordinate project schedules and resources effectively. Perform layout, fabrication, assembly, and installation of fire sprinkler systems. Conduct inspections and tests to verify system functionality and adherence to quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or deficiencies in the sprinkler systems. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
Massachusetts Licensed Fire Sprinkler Journeyman. 1-5 years of experience in running jobs, new installations, renovations, and retrofits. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CPVC certification and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
