As an Apprentice Fitter & Turner, you will assist in ensuring that the Toowoomba Regional Council Water and Waste Infrastructure sites are well maintained and kept running in a safe and cost effective manner. You'll learn from experienced professionals and develop practical skills that will serve you for life.

You'll also need to meet the following criteria: Meet the mandatory requirements listed in the Position Description . Able to work safely at heights and in confined spaces. Committed to following Workplace Health and Safety guidelines. Able to complete both theory and practical assessments for your qualification. Able to accurately complete work records and documentation. Sound written and numerical skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. A strong customer service focus.
