Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pipefitter to join our construction and manufacturing teams. The Pipefitter will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems used in various industrial, commercial, and residential applications. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprint reading, welding techniques, and mechanical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant piping installations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in pipe fabrication, assembly, and maintenance while adhering to all relevant codes and standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to complex projects that demand precision and technical proficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Pipefitter will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of pipes that transport chemicals, acids, and gases used in manufacturing operations.
Must be able to fit pipe and be able to silver solder clean copper able to work in height places on scissors lifts. The Pipefitter will be working in a facility so attention to detail is very important.
Requirements:
  • Must have essential hand tools expected for trade. (Welder gauge, pipefitter square, fitter grips, hacksaw, cutting torch, level etc Knowledge of techniques for pipe installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience with welding, soldering, and brazing.
  • Familiarity with industrial safety protocols and best practices.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Cleanroom experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel is an advantage.
Pay:
$28.00
