$75,000

• $100,000 per year

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday + occasional overtime

Who We're Looking For:

Experience in underground utility work, including pipe bursting and re-lining methods, as well as traditional excavation Experience guiding a helper or small team Strong knowledge of equipment operation and job site safety Ability and willingness to perform physical labor as the primary worker on the crew Ability to solve problems and work efficiently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus ) Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work Monday-Friday with occasional overtime

The Work You'll Do:

Lead excavation and trenchless operations (pipe bursting, pipe re-lining, traditional digging) Operate excavation equipment (mini excavators, trenchless systems) Direct and mentor your helper to ensure efficiency and safety Troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving forward Communicate with supervisors, customers, and inspectors Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards
