Job Description

Industrial Pipefitter Location:

Durham, NC Pay:

$32.00/hour +

Overtime Schedule:

1st Shift | Approximately 50 Hours/Week We are hiring an experienced Industrial Pipefitter for a ground-up industrial construction project in Durham, NC . This is a local position with no travel required. Responsibilities Fit and install copper, stainless steel, carbon steel, PVC, and CPVC piping . Measure, cut, lay out, and fit piping according to project requirements. Read and interpret construction drawings and piping layouts. Install piping while maintaining proper alignment, fit-up, and quality. Safely operate pipefitting tools and equipment. Follow OSHA requirements and site-specific safety procedures. Work with the Pipefitter Foreman and other trades to maintain project schedules. Requirements 3+ years of pipefitting experience. Previous industrial construction/site experience required. Experience fitting copper, stainless steel, carbon steel, PVC, and CPVC . Ability to read piping drawings and layouts. OSHA 10 certification required. Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week, including overtime . Must be able to work 1st shift on-site in Durham, NC . Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Employment eligibility will be verified at the time of hire.

Pay:

$30.00 - $32.00 per hour
