Job Description
NOW HIRING FOR COMMERCIAL PIPEFITTERS IN THE FAYETTEVILLE, NC AREA. PAY IS
$30-$33/HR DOE. Job Summary As a Commercial Pipefitter, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems across various settings. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about precision and craftsmanship, we want you on our team! What you'll do Install and maintain piping systems for various applications including plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and fire sprinkler fitting. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of piping systems. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble and install pipes according to ASME codes & standards. Perform pipe threading, tube bending, soldering, and rigging tasks with accuracy. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of existing piping systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate installation schedules and project timelines. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites. Basic qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in pipefitting or related fields. Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe installations. Experience using calipers and other measuring tools for precise work. Preferred qualifications Previous experience in construction or manufacturing environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of pipeline assembly processes and plumbing systems is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings.Job Type:
