Job Description
Environmental Air Systems is a leading provider of innovative solutions in air quality management and environmental control. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Pipe Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fitting, welding, and installation of HVAC hydronic piping systems, ensuring the successful execution of projects related to air systems and environmental control.

Monday through Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pmResponsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and specifications. Plan and organize pipe installation activities, including material procurement and workforce allocation. 2. Fitting and Welding Proficient in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine the layout and dimensions of piping systems. Execute precision pipe fitting and welding activities to ensure a secure and efficient connection of components. 3. Installation Oversee the installation of various piping systems, including ductwork, ventilation, and exhaust systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations during installation processes. 4. Supervision and Leadership Lead a team of pipefitters, welders, and other construction personnel. Provide guidance and training to ensure the team's proficiency and adherence to quality standards. 5. Quality Assurance Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets project specifications and industry standards. Address and rectify any discrepancies or defects in the piping systems. 6. Safety Compliance Enforce and promote a culture of safety on the job site, ensuring all personnel adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks. 7. Communication Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and team members to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns. 8. Documentation Complete necessary project documentation, including work reports, progress reports, and material usage reports.Education Requirements/Qualifications:
Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required High school diploma or equivalent Relevant certifications in pipefitting and welding are a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience in pipefitting and welding, with a focus on environmental control systems Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Strong knowledge of fitting and welding techniques for various materials, including stainless steel and carbon steel Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations Excellent organizational and project management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skillsJob Requirements/Special Skills:
