Job Description
About Us We are a leader in the fabrication and installation of high purity and process piping systems. We provide high-performance solutions for clients whose production and other processes require highly efficient and reliable piping systems. Job Summary The Pipefitter Foreman will be responsible for overseeing small crews to ensure our process piping and high purity projects are installed on time and correctly. This position will work on projects in and near the Raleigh/Durham area and candidates must live within a daily reasonable commuting distance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities include the following, but others may be assigned: Coordinate construction or project managers to establish job schedules and priorities Communicate work schedules, job priorities, etc., to on-site personnel Conduct daily inspections of assigned projects Complete and submit all required documentation Lay out of pipe systems, supports or related equipment according to blueprints. Installation of industrial process piping Systems. Assemble or secure pipes (1/2" to 10" in size), fittings, accessories (valves, gauges, etc.), or related equipment according to project specifications by welding, brazing, soldering or threading joints. Inspect or test installed systems using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing or other methods. Cut or bore holes in structures prior to pipe installation using hand or power tools. Utilize blueprints and drawings to plan layout and procedure. Compile lists of material and equipment needed for project. Maintain assigned tools and issued safety equipment. Supervise and support crew members on projects as required. Complete as-built drawings at end of projects. Follow all policies as outlined in the company handbook and safety documentation. Monitor jobsite to ensure a safe work environment and report any safety violations to safety supervisor QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
5+ years of commercial process pipefitting experience 3+ years of leading construction teams Must have a valid driver's license Experience with supervising installation of stainless-steel and/or carbon process piping systems. Ability to fit, solder, and layout piping systems Previous use of electrical and manual tools required. Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits. Experience working in a team environment with high safety and quality standards. Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidanceREQUIRED ATTRIBUTES
