Sheet Metal Workers Local 25 is accepting applications for our Fall 2026 Apprenticeship Program. It's a paid, 4-year training program that turns people who are good with their hands into some of the highest-paid skilled tradespeople in Northern New Jersey. No college degree required. No prior experience necessary. We'll teach you everything. Four years from now, you could be a journeyperson. You could own your truck. You could be making six figures with amazing benefits, looking at houses instead of rent increases. You could drive across North Jersey and point to hospitals, data centers and office towers and say, I built that. And you could do all of it without owing a dollar in student loans. What you'll actually do: As an apprentice, you'll learn to sketch, fabricate and install everything from HVAC systems to architectural metalwork to the clean rooms that keep hospitals and data centers running. You'll weld. You'll read blueprints. You'll work with your hands on job sites across 8 counties in Northern NJ — Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, Morris, Somerset, Sussex, Essex, and Union. You'll do work that matters. Physical ability to work in all weather conditions and lift at least 40 lbs.
