Benefits we offer Medical, Dental, vision insurance Paid Time Off (13 days per year) Paid Holidays (8 days per year) Overtime pay after 8 hours daily Company paid PPE, boots and safety gear 401K w/ company match Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance Life Insurance Travel expenses paid by HK (Per Diem nightly) Training we provide OSHA Confined Space Entry CDL (Commercial Driver License) assistance Job Functions Work as part of a crew doing Sewer/Process Pipe Repair and Lining Understand Pipe lining and trenchless inversion in order to execute efficiently and effectively Operation of High-end inspection and cutting equipment Laborers work in diverse environments including confined spaces, sewers, pits, storage tanks and ducts Laborers establish and maintain a safe work site by following standards established by OSHA and HK Solutions Group Laborers assure equipment, appropriate tools, personal protective equipment and materials are available and used in accordance with standards established by OSHA and HK Solutions Group Requirements At least 18 years old Valid US Driver's License Good driving record (must be able to maintain insurability with HK insurance carrier) Must be able to pass pre-hire background check, drug screen and physical CDL (Commercial Driver License) is preferred, but not required Physical Requirements Working both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions Regularly exposed to industrial environments involving equipment, elevated work areas, confined spaces, noise, dust, hazardous materials and odors Lift/move up to 75 pounds frequently, frequently performs tasks requiring climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and gripping HK Solutions Group is an equal opportunity employer.
