The ideal candidate will have experience installing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing piping systems in commercial and/or industrial settings. Fusion welding experience is preferred and will be considered a strong asset. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and piping specifications Measure, cut, thread, bend, and assemble pipes using hand and power tools Install piping systems for water, gas, steam, or other materials Perform inspections, pressure testing, and troubleshooting of piping systems Use fusion welding techniques (e.g., butt fusion, electrofusion) when required Ensure work meets safety standards, codes, and project specifications Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades on job sites Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area Required Qualifications Must have valid Oklahoma Mechanical or Plumbing License Proven experience as a pipefitter or in a similar role Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation methods Ability to read technical drawings and plans Familiarity with job-site safety procedures Physical ability to lift materials, work in confined spaces, and stand for long periods Preferred Qualifications Fusion welding experience (butt fusion and/or electrofusion) Certifications related to pipefitting or welding Experience in industrial, commercial, or utility projects Valid driver's license Benefits (if applicable) Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Training and advancement opportunities
