Job Description

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Excavation / Utility Crew Member to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on excavation and utility experience who takes pride in quality work and job site safety. CDL is preferred but not required.
What We're Looking For:
Driver's License as well as a clean and insurable driving record. License must be Real ID compliant within 90 days of hire. Proficient in heavy equipment operation CDL preferred (but not required) Septic installers license (preferred) Experience with underground utility excavation is a plus Physically able to lift 75+ lbs Comfortable working in confined spaces Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong communication skills Willingness to work overtime as needed Responsibilities Assist with excavation and site work Lay pipe for sewer, storm, and utility systems Work with laser levels and grades Perform structural fill and backfill operations Install and assist with sewer and storm pipe, basins, and manholes Assist with insulation of sewer and storm pipe as needed Follow safety procedures and job site plans Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently Qualifications Previous experience in excavation, utilities, or site work Commercial and/or residential utility experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions CDL preferred but not required Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience 100% employer paid employee medical, dental, and vision 401k with employer match Steady, year-round work Opportunity to grow within the company Training and skill development
