Full-time | Monday-Friday (typical daytime hours with occasional field work) Job Summary Integrated Piping Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pipe Fitting Technician to join our growing team in Lancaster, PA. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in industrial and commercial piping systems, including hands-on fabrication and installation experience. The Senior Pipe Fitting Technician will take a lead role in the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of piping systems, working both in the shop and in the field. This individual will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to craftsmanship and safety. Principal Responsibilities Lead the fabrication, assembly, and installation of complex piping systems and components Read, interpret, and execute detailed blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications Measure, cut, thread, bevel, weld, and assemble piping using appropriate tools and techniques Perform and/or oversee welding operations (TIG, MIG, and/or stick welding as applicable) Install piping systems within larger mechanical and industrial systems at client sites Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate system integration Troubleshoot installation challenges and implement effective solutions in the field Operate and maintain shop equipment including saws, threaders, welders, and fabrication tools Ensure all work meets company quality standards, project specifications, and applicable codes Conduct inspections of materials and completed systems for accuracy and integrity Maintain organized job sites and ensure proper documentation of work performed Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety standards; promote a culture of safety on-site Mentor junior technicians and support team development as needed Perform additional duties as required to support successful project delivery Skills & Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience in pipefitting, mechanical systems, or industrial piping Metal welding experience required (TIG, MIG, and/or stick welding) Experience with fabrication and installation of piping systems in commercial or industrial environments Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings Advanced knowledge of piping materials including steel, stainless, copper, PVC, and CPVC Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently, lead tasks, and collaborate within a team environment Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working in both shop and field environments Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement and leadership growth Supportive, team-oriented work environment About Integrated Piping Solutions Integrated Piping Solutions is a Lancaster-based company focused on high-quality fabrication and installation of piping systems for commercial and industrial applications.
