Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as an Equipment Operator / Pipe Layer, where you'll play a vital role in laying the groundwork for essential infrastructure projects. This energetic position offers the opportunity to operate a variety of heavy machinery, read and interpret blueprints, and contribute directly to pipeline and utility installation efforts. We're looking for motivated individuals who thrive in active environments and are eager to develop their skills in heavy equipment operation and construction site management. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, rollers, excavators, skidsteer, offroad trucks and to perform excavation, grading, land clearing, trenching, and pipe installation tasks, Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Utilize Topcon Rover and pipe lasers Prepare foundations for pipelines or structures Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment before use, adhering to site safety protocols, and reporting hazards promptly Support pipeline installation efforts by coordinating with plumbing, oil & gas teams, and other trades on-site Experience Must Have TopCon GPS Experience Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as dozers, loaders, rollers, excavators, skid steer, offroad trucks in construction environments Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for construction projects Experience with topcon rover and tools like pipe lasers and knowledge of pipeline installation procedures Hands-on experience in construction site activities related to stormwater, sewer, water lines Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety and productivity standards Prior experience in construction or utility projects involving pipeline or infrastructure development is preferred Must Have 2 years Experience Minimum Join us to build vital infrastructure while advancing your skills in a fast paced, rewarding environment!
Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
