We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our dynamic plumbing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on various residential sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from tankless water heaters to whole home re-pipes, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver quality results efficiently. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Perform welding and pipe fitting tasks to connect pipes securely and ensure leak-free systems. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on job sites while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members such as carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other trades to coordinate project activities. Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during installation or repairs. Experience Prior residential experience with a focus on plumbing or mechanical systems is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with residential and light commercial plumbing, pipe threading, welding, and schematics reading is essential. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols related to plumbing work is required. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or experience in commercial driving is a plus but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently while maintaining safety standards.
